Booking & Cancellation Policy

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: Beginning at 3:00 PM
Self check-in is available and guests may arrive anytime after 3:00 PM on their arrival date.
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
Late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
Payment Policy
Full payment is due at the time of booking. Your reservation is not considered confirmed until payment is received in full.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Because Timberglow Getaway is a small property with only four domes, cancellations can significantly impact our ability to rebook a stay.
A $25 cancellation processing fee applies to all cancellations.
Refunds are issued based on the amount of notice provided before your scheduled arrival date:

| 30+ days before arrival | Full refund minus the $25 processing fee |
| 15–29 days before arrival | 50% refund of the reservation total |
| 8–14 days before arrival | 25% refund of the reservation total |
| 7 days or less before arrival | No refund |
No refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or unused nights.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the booking platform used to make the reservation.
Because of our small size, you're always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place if your plans change. Please contact us in advance so we can update the reservation.
We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind.
Reservation Changes
Each reservation includes one complimentary date change.
- Date change requests must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival
- Changes are subject to availability and current rates
- New dates must fall within Timberglow Getaway's operating season
Requests received within 7 days of arrival will be treated as cancellations and handled under the cancellation policy above.
Weather & Other Circumstances
Timberglow Getaway operates rain or shine. Refunds or credits will not be provided for weather conditions, road conditions, smoke, insects, wildlife encounters, personal emergencies, illness, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Any exceptions are granted solely at the discretion of Timberglow Getaway LLC.
